Bookings & Payment
- All inquiries and quotations are non-binding until we confirm availability and you complete the agreed payment or deposit.
- Prices are quoted per package or per day as stated in your quotation and may include or exclude park fees, meals, and equipment — your quotation is the definitive list of inclusions.
- A booking is confirmed once the deposit stated in your quotation is received. Remaining balances are due before the trip start date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in your quotation or booking confirmation and vary by vessel, villa, and season.
- We will always try to reschedule rather than cancel where possible, especially for weather-related disruptions.
- If we must cancel a trip for safety or operational reasons and no alternative date works for you, amounts paid for the affected services will be refunded.
Weather, Safety & Itineraries
Sea conditions in Komodo National Park can change quickly. Captains and guides may adjust routes, swap islands, or delay departures when safety requires it. Such adjustments are not grounds for a refund, but we will always aim to deliver an equivalent experience. Guests must follow crew and ranger instructions at all times, including within Komodo National Park.
Travel Documents & Insurance
Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical care, and — for diving activities — dive-specific coverage.
Liability
We act as an organizer and curator of travel services, working with vetted, licensed local operators. While we select partners carefully, activities such as sailing, trekking, snorkeling, and diving carry inherent risks that guests accept by participating. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
