How Our Booking Process Works
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or the form below with your travel preferences. No commitment required — we&#8217;re happy to discuss options.
Step 2: Personalized Proposal
Within 24 hours, you&#8217;ll receive a tailored proposal including vessel options, detailed itinerary, pricing breakdown, and what&#8217;s included. We&#8217;ll also share vessel photos and crew profiles.
Step 3: Refinement
We&#8217;ll refine the proposal based on your feedback — adjusting the itinerary, vessel, activities, or dietary preferences until everything is exactly right.
Step 4: Confirmation &#038; Deposit
Once you&#8217;re satisfied, confirm your booking with a deposit (typically 50%). We accept bank transfer, credit card, and major digital payment methods.
Step 5: Pre-Trip Concierge
Your dedicated concierge handles all logistics — flight coordination, airport transfer, hotel if needed, and pre-departure briefing with everything you need for your trip.
Step 6: Experience Day
You arrive, we handle everything else. From the moment you step off the plane until your final farewell, every detail is taken care of.
